1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using 4x Trading AI you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for any activity under it. You must provide accurate information when registering.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Pro plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
4. Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Lifetime purchases are eligible for a 14-day refund if no analyses have been generated.
5. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer, resell, scrape, or use the service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. No financial advice
4x Trading AI provides automated technical analysis for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment or trading advice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4x Trading AI is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
9. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
